Bug #128020 for perl5: [PATCH] perlbug needs to wrap long lines for MTA safety

This is a bug report for perl from Niko Tyni <ntyni@debian.org>, generated with the help of perlbug 1.40 running under perl 5.22.1. ----------------------------------------------------------------- [Please describe your issue here] My perlbug report got rejected by an MTA because it had a line with 1000 characters, namely the config_args=[...] line from Config::myconfig(). This seems to be a common limit with MTAs, see for instance http://www.jebriggs.com/blog/2010/07/smtp-maximum-line-lengths/ Please consider the attached patch set, which implements wrapping the report body at 900 characters.
