Now fixed:
my @a = 1, 2, 3; @a.splice(-2, 1, 42); say @a.perl
offset argument to List.splice out of range. Is: -2, should be in 0..^3
my @a = 1, 2, 3; @a.splice(*-2, 1, 42); say @a.perl
Array.new(1, 42, 3)
And spectests already existed to cover it, so unfudged.
