Don't know what happened here. This ticket changed to resolved ans lost
all its depends on, without anything showing up in the history.

That was my fault. I was trying to add 66930, but used the wrong field
and merged the two! Jesse asked robert to undo the merge. I was going to
clean up the dependencies, but didn’t get a change till now.

(I don’t know why it changed to resolved, though.)
