From @masak<retupmoca> on perl6-m: (I reproduced it too) $ echo "This is cool" | perl6 -p -e 's/cool/nice/' <moritz> does it work with -n and a final ; .say ? |
From @FROGGSHi, sadly I cannot reproduce this issue: $ echo "This is cool" | perl6-m -p -e 's/cool/nice/' Does that still happen on your box? Mine is: This is perl6 version 2014.04-291-g3f8e0e1 built on MoarVM version 2014.04-143-gc527241 |
The RT System itself - Status changed from 'new' to 'open' |
From @usev6This seems to work now: $ echo "This is cool" | ./perl6-m -p -e 's/cool/nice/' $ echo "This is cool" | ./perl6-p -p -e 's/cool/nice/' $ echo "This is cool" | ./perl6-j -p -e 's/cool/nice/' Since there is also a similiar test in S19-command-line-options/03-dash-p.t I'm closing this ticket. |
