The Perl 5 Porters do not maintain perldoc.perl.org. Presumably this correction will appear on that site when it moves to perl-5.26.

Thank you very much.

Since the text being corrected was introduced in the early part of this year, the correction should presumably also be included in the next perl-5.24 release.

As noted by haarg on #p5p, to the extent that this problem is broken links within the HTML formatting at perldoc.perl.org, it needs to be reported to that site's bug queue; it's not a Perl 5 Porters problem.

Ok. thank you for fixes. So if this is not your problem this text "Documentation maintained by the Perl 5 Porters" should be changed to 'that site's bug queue' (donno what is that). So that text will not longer make confision and preserve reports in wrong place.

perldoc.perl.org.

It's not clear to me what the problem is that you have reported to
perldoc.perl.org.

I reported to him that none of the "eval-EXPR" links on that page were
working.

We do maintain the documentation and distribute it with the Perl
source, along with tools to convert it to various formats. I believe
perldoc.perl.org has its own POD-to-HTML converter, which is not
something we maintain. For an HTML formatting problem on
perldoc.perl.org, there is unfortunately no way to identify the
responsible party without comparing the original POD to the converted
HTML.
