This prints 3 in perl 5.12, as it should, but *main​::3 in blead

b9e00b7 is the culprit.

The fix in b9e00b7 (localised globs can be un-globbed) will no longer be necessary, if the patch for 77810 is applied. (I think. I haven’t tested it fully.)
