From @khwilliamson

I have create a ticket for this distro
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=128942

Unicode changed the format of a table it uses to generate tests, and this distro hasn't updated to account for that

From @khwilliamson

This is the result of Perl shipping with a newer Unicode release which has a changed data table format, and the distro is still looking for the old. We are not going to downgrade Unicode for the sake of this distribution.

I have filed a ticket for the distribution
