From @AlexDaniel

This works:

Code:
class Foo { method bar() { say 42 } }; Foo.new."bar"()

Result:
42

But this does not:

Code:
class Foo { method bar() { say 42 } }; Foo.new.bar()

Result:
===SORRY!=== Error while compiling -e
Malformed postfix call
at -e:1
------> oo { method bar() { say 42 } }; Foo.new.bar()

It should.
