Specific array shifting causes panic #15398

From @sim-This is a bug report for perl from sim@netnation.com, perl -e 'sub o { shift; @a = (shift,shift); } o(@a); o(@a);' causes panic: attempt to copy freed scalar 834b990 to 834b7ec at -e line 1. This seems to happen on 5.22, 5.14, but not 5.10 or 5.8. Flags: Site configuration information for perl 5.22.2: Configured by Debian Project at Sat Apr 30 12:20:51 UTC 2016.
