Works for me:

  DANKOGAI/Unicode-Unihan-0.04.tar.gz
  /usr/bin/make -- OK
Running make test
PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 "/home/tony/perl/blead/bin/perl" "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-MTest::Harness" "-e" "undef *Test::Harness::Switches; test_harness(0, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/*.t
t/0-useme.t ..... ok
t/1-autoload.t .. ok
All tests successful.
Files=2, Tests=178, 1 wallclock secs ( 0.10 usr 0.00 sys + 0.24 cusr 0.02 csys = 0.36 CPU)
Result: PASS
  DANKOGAI/Unicode-Unihan-0.04.tar.gz
  /usr/bin/make test -- OK

Lockfile removed.
You have new mail in /var/mail/tony
tony@mars:.../git/perl$ ~/perl/blead/bin/perl -v

This is perl 5, version 23, subversion 9 (v5.23.9 (v5.23.8-183-g389f4c1)) built for x86_64-linux

All of the tests for Unicode::Unihan on CPAN testers on perl 5.23.[89] are passes.

Andreas, it looks like we've been unable to reproduce this problem. Tony can't, I can't, CPAN Testers looks good.

Can you repeatably produce this error?

Yes, I can, but no, it has nothing to do with bleadperl. This BBC is
bogus and I'm sorry for that. Part of the story is here:
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=75802 but why I didn't spot
this earlier cannot be explained:)
