$ perl -we 'close STDIN; open my $fh, ">&=", 1'
Filehandle STDIN reopened as $fh only for output at -e line 1.

This warning is wrong because we're not actually allocating a file descriptor
(that would get number 0); this is just the equivalent of fdopen(1), creating a
sort of copy of STDOUT.
