What this also changed is the function called on a feed tap object, so...
my @a <== $t <== 1,3,4;
Now calls $t.append.
The former will require some fixes to examples in the design docs surrounding
'<<==' and '==>>', and it should probably be decided whether the feed operator
should be internally calling .append, or implementing its own single-arg-rule
processing and still be calling .push.
Or if something entirely different is liable to happen, the design docs on
feeds should probably be re-marked as conjectural-till-post-6c.
