From @khwilliamson

This is a bug report for perl from khw@khw.(none),
generated with the help of perlbug 1.40 running under perl 5.23.3.

blead -le 'qr/(?[ [B] | ! ( [^B] ) ])/'

doesn't compile, instead giving the incorrect error:

Unexpected '(' with no preceding operator in regex; marked by <-- HERE
in m/(?[ [B] | ! ( <-- HERE [^B] ) ])/ at -e line 1.

  category=core

This was fixed by ab87267 except in solaris 64bitall builds, which has a separate ticket #127455
