All the fudged tests in S32-str/sprintf-b.t are related to https://rt-archive.perl.org/perl6/Ticket/Display.html?id=123979 and the nqp branch I mentioned there.

I'll merge subsequent tickets (from 124697 to 124736) into this ticket.

This is closed as of nqp commit Raku/nqp@2b13b1f

Tests were added to roast with
Raku/roast@f99444b

Some nqp tests that were incorrect regarding %b with the + option were fixed here
Raku/nqp@a02ff39
