From @rurban

This is a bug report for perl from rurban@cpanel.net,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.40 running under perl 5.21.9.

lib/h2ph.t: keep tmpfiles on error

It's extremely hard to analyse h2ph errors without those tempfiles,
and errors do not happen for the normal case.

When you're trying to diagnose such errors you can temporarily comment
out that block.

Leaving the files in on failure will leave trash that may cause problems with
automatic testing.

Rejecting this patch, I don't think it's needed, and it's harmful in some circumstances.
