Can we add https://rt-archive.perl.org/perl5/Ticket/Display.html?id=123976 ? More Win32 GCC versions/builds will be supported without miniperl crashing on 1st and all runs halting the build process.

Agreed. This certainly meets the "prevents or seriously impacts the
build or installation of perl" criterion, so I've added it to #123921
and to the cherry-pick voting file. Thanks.

Can we add https://rt.perl.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=123784 ? gcc 5.1.0 is released now and breaks the build (silently, if you don't run the tests!). I found this working on the gcc-5 update branch of my distro's package manager repository, so it's not just academic.

Thanks, added here as a 5.20.3 blocker, and added to the cherry-pick voting file in commit 623994d.

Would it be possible to add
https://rt.perl.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=124127 ? This was a
regression in 5.18 but wasn't noticed in time to make it into that
release cycle.

Cheers,
James

Thanks. Added here, and to the 5.20.3 voting file in commit 6781642.
