opbasic/arith.t test fails "2.2250738585072014e-308" is 0.0 on Intel C but not Visual C #14309

From @bulk88Some more facts about this bug ICC 32 bit blead perl -Od non-DEBUGGING, not reproduced This will be difficult and slow to fix since a C debugger is very difficult to use with optimized code. -- |
