Commit 875437c contains a small test fix that allows perl5
to pass its tests on a FreeBSD jail I run that lacks SysV IPC.

I hope that a committer can cherry pick this commit from blead into
maint-5.18 so that I can build the 5.18 branch without local patches
on FreeBSD without SysV IPC.

+1. I was about to argue against this, but perlpolicy says this sort of
minor patch is a-okay.
