I think t/07-context_info.t needs to be a little less sensitive.

It just happens that adding a dummy BEGIN {1;1} block to the top of the
script (before the :​:expected call) will make the tests pass, which may
be an acceptable workaround. I’ll let Vincent decide.

This test is indeed sensitive. I'll assume that the block scope hint
being now set on the "topmost" COP is actually a fix resulting from your
change, and I'll add a special case for this.
