If there is to be a perl v5.16.4, then we need to keep track of what will go
into perl v5.16.4. Attach such tickets here.

Per #121602, I nominate the patch a6636b4 to be applied to maint-5.16 so it gets into perl 5.16.4. This is about glob() causing a segfault in some cases.

Yes, and so I have closed it.

It is highly unlikely that a 5.16.4 will be made. If it is, this ticket will be found by any diligent release engineer.
