Subject: [WIN32] $*OUT.tell always gives false
Download (untitled) / with headers
text/plain 120b
Already got a fix; filing to keep track of PRs. On Windows, $*OUT.tell always gives zero, even after stuff was printed.
P.S.: this also busts up REPL on windows; it always thinks user did not produce any output.
