In repl when $*KERNEL is looked up the first time it show a few extra messages about uninitalized %ENV. Below is shown that .Str has a problem the first time but not the second(cached I think). Also .Str doesn't get all info so without it it get outer info too with the same time of errors. Show quoted text

Can't reproduce with % perl6 -v This is Rakudo version 2016.08.1-155-gccecbfe built on MoarVM version 2016.08-43-g3d04391 Probably should be closed.
