sorry I am in a hurry so I couldn't create patch or anything for this.
But it was funny. If you try to see perlfunc man page for index-function
in /perl/CPAN/doc/manual/html/pod/perlfunc.html

it refers to
/perl/CPAN/doc/manual/html/pod/perlfunc/index.html

which is similar to abs-function..
/perl/CPAN/doc/manual/html/pod/perlfunc/abs.html

But index.html is generated list of all functions, not index-function
page..

May cure for this is to add func_ -prefix for URL's and their files
they are referring to..
