DECunix4.0E: module Thread not built #129

Tried to build a threading version on THIS kit.
(No, this running version is NOT a threading one !)

Compiling & linking worked as proposed.

Problem​: when executing test "./lib/t/thread.t" it came up that there was no module "Thread" built anyhow!
  And there was no "thread.o" or alike, too.

This is a bug report for perl from rosenbach@​seninn.verwalt-berlin.de,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.26 running under perl 5.00503.
