The problem is that when I try to run "make" after running "Configure"
and " make depend" , a fatal error comes like that : " make​: Fatal
error :Don't know how to make target 'perlCAPI.h' "

please let me know about its solution , I shall be very thankfull

dist target now depends on manifest

Fixes GH Perl#68

make sure we regenerate the manifest
when building a dist.

We recently removed on purpose the
MANIFEST file from the git repo to
make sure we always generate a fresh
version on dist...
