This appears to require autothreading over postcircumfix​:<( )>, which
will require either changes to our call dispatcher and/or the ability to
override the VTABLE_invoke function for Junction objects.

Thanks to various changes in the way Rakudo handles objects, I was able
to fix postcircumfix​:<( )> and then also this bug in git 6ba717c.
Unfudged the spec tests for it.
