Not OK: perl v5.6.1 +v5.6.1-TRIAL2 on i386-freebsd-64all 4.2-stable (UNINSTALLED) #3326

This FreeBSD machine was upgraded yesterday. It seems that perlbug's
use of ~s to set the subject on the mesage doesn't work here now.

Gah. It works on NOKs and seems to fail on OKs. I'll build some more
perls and see what the next OK brings

  I always set PERL_MAILERS=mail​:/no/such/thing in my environment,
for this very reason.
