From @pmichaud

The perl6 compiler needs to be converted to make use of
Parrot's .HLL directive and HLL type mapping.

Blocks on this may be that other components (PGE, PCT, etc.)
tend to exist in the Parrot HLL, so there may be some
symbol import/export/mapping issues that need to be addressed.

This is now done, as said by pmichaud++ at YAPC​::NA and reported by
s1n++ on #perl6.
