op/tie test 14 as expected failed (self tie)

I'd not be telling the whole truth if I said everything else perfect as
there was some randomness with lib/syslog.t​:

nick@​Bagpuss [2]$ ./perl t/lib/syslog.t
1..6
ok 1
ok 2
ok 3
ok 4
ok 5
ok 6
nick@​Bagpuss [bleadperl]$ cd t
nick@​Bagpuss [t]$ ./perl lib/syslog.t
1..6
ok 1
ok 2
ok 3
Segmentation fault

(and Makefile.PL for Dynaloader) but not repeatable, so probably just buggy
compilier or buggy kernel or buggy CPU (revision K StrongARM)

but I can get all other tests to run 100% so bleadperl's not the problem
