1) The perl install runs pod2man on ext/B/B/Stash.pm and
lib/warnings/register.pm, neither of which have any pod content.
The resulting man page, when formatted, is empty.

2) lib/Math/Complex.pm is missing a newline after the =pod line.
  Without the newline, pod2man doesn't seem to see the
  =head1 NAME line and you end up with a man pages that lacks
  a NAME section heading. I don't know whether this is a bug
  in pod2man, as perlpod(1) doesn't indicate that a newline is
  required as far as I can tell.
