From The RT System itself

Changes from previous release are too long to list here, but include the
addition of Pod​::Man and pod2roff as potential replacements for pod2man.
Pod​::PlainText has also been renamed to Pod​::Text and pod2txt renamed to
pod2text. I've fixed errors in Pod​::Text related to =begin and =for
processing (something in a =begin or =for should be output completely
verbatim, not processed as POD input) and improved the documentation
somewhat.

Please beat on this and let me know if you find any problems, and then
I'll roll a patch for Sarathy for the core Pod​::Text and pod2text.

Brad, note that the bug fix for =begin and =for breaks one of the tests in
PodParser, since it was assuming Pod​::Text would give text in =begin an
indentation that matches the surrounding text. I believe the correct
implementation of =begin and =for for a POD translator is to output the
provided text completely verbatim, without any formatting whatsoever.
