From The RT System itself

With or without -t, perldoc -f does not page.

perldoc page|module|program paged
perldoc -t page|module|program paged
perldoc -f function not paged
perldoc -t -f function not paged

The problem is not to make perldoc always page with -t, but to make it page
at all with -f and -q.
