Same issues with PERL_POLLUTE_MALLOC, Machten's incomplete shadow
password file support and "pragma/warning...... FAILED at test 190" as
with 5.005_60. Same fixes needed, that is patches from reports with
ticket IDs 19990816.005 and 19990819.001 (which both work with slight
offsets and a little fuzz). The comments in both those reports are
still relevant.

PS​: I can't seem to rejoin p5p after returning from holiday​:
majordomo@​perl.org accepts mail, but does not respond. Help?

According to a private followup from Dominic, this report had three parts​:

:1. MachTen USE_SYSTEM_MALLOC peculiarities
:
: Fixed by patch in bug report (and subsequently superseded by the
: patch in ID 20000228.003, anyway).

:2. Broken MachTen shadow password support
:
: "Fixed" by patch in bug report -- suppress shadow password support.
:
:3. Failure of pragma/warning test 192 (currently test 257)
:
: OPEN, but under another ID -- see ID 20000326.003 and my follow-up

.. so I'm closing it. Followups to the unfixed part should go to
ID 20000326.003.
