From @AlexDaniel

There is very little known about the problem. I'm creating this ticket so that there's something we can link to when needed.

IRC::Client ticket: lizmat/IRC-Client#51

Bisected to rakudo/rakudo@963a0f0

Bisect log: https://gist.github.com/Whateverable/56e1148a3c09995baf0ba7f6c4749f67

There's a chance that this is a serious regression that should be fixed in rakudo. Or it could be that there's something wrong in IRC::Client. Any additional information is appreciated.

From @zoffixznet

Turned out IRC::Client's grammar is relying on a bug with `:ratchet` being ignored in || which was fixed as part of https://rt-archive.perl.org/perl6/Ticket/Display.html?id=130117
