Perl 5.005_61 Configure uses

  installarchlib=`echo $archlibexp | sed 's#^$prefix#$installprefix#'`

and alike to substitute the $installprefix if different from $prefix.
However, at least on Linux and Solaris, this fails since the $prefix
and $installprefix are not interpolated due to the single quotes.

Using double quotes instead of single quotes fixes this.

Using double quotes instead of single quotes fixes this.

Eeeks! How embarassing. That one's surely mine. I sent a bunch of
half-completed metaconfig units to Jarkko. He kindly took charge
and completed them for me.

I'd send in a patch, but I see Jarkko's already beaten me to it.
