What is this the correct address for reporting misfeatures
in perlbugtron?

When perlbugtron receives a report containing both a
"From​:" address and a "Reply-To​:" address, it replies
to the "From​:" address. I think the confirmation
should go to the "Reply-To​:" address, if present.

As the current maintainer (for my sins), you should probably address this
sort of thing to me (richard@​rfi.net), or to p5p, whichever you think will
get the matter sorted quickest I guess.

Moreover, the confirmation is not marked as coming from perlbugtron (I
get "From Ilya Zakharevich" in mutt display), and is not marked as
Precedence​: bulk, as I think it should.
