From lvirden@cas.org

I was rebuilding my libraries after installing the new version of perl.
I noticed when building CSS-Parser that the make step generated a warning
that no documentation was generated for CSS::Parser. However,
the rest of the process appeared to work. When I looked at
the .pm file, it had ^M line terminations. I removed the ^M line terminators
and the documentation built.

If perl is going to ignore ^m line terminators, shouldn't the auxilary
tools do so as well?

This is getting out of hand. When $/ is set to LF, that's what
you get. If you want to screw with MS files, use MS.
