This is a bug report for perl from khw@​karl.(none),
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.15.4.


/[[​:lower​:]]/i matched uppercase characters in 5.12. In 5.14, this was
broken for code points above 255. Conversely for /[[​:upper​:]]/i
