From @jkeenan

As originally reported to me by Carlos Guevara: "It looks like
0f12654 broke DBD::SQLite."

Trying to install it at a later commit with cpanm, I get lots of test
failures like this:

#####
t/03_create_table.t ................................... 1/7 Can't locate
object method "selectall_arrayref" via package "DBD::SQLite::db::SUPER"
(perhaps you forgot to load "DBD::SQLite::db::SUPER"?) at
/home/jkeenan/.cpanm/work/1510055612.8014/DBD-SQLite-1.54/blib/lib/DBD/SQLite.pm
line 400.
# Looks like your test exited with 255 just after 2.
t/03_create_table.t ................................... Dubious, test
returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
Failed 5/7 subtests
...
t/virtual_table/rt_99748.t ............................ 1/52 Can't
locate object method "selectall_arrayref" via package
"DBD::SQLite::db::SUPER" (perhaps you forgot to load
"DBD::SQLite::db::SUPER"?) at t/virtual_table/rt_99748.t line 66.
# Looks like your test exited with 2 just after 4.
t/virtual_table/rt_99748.t ............................ Dubious, test

Failed 48/52 subtests

Looks good to me -- but need to hear from the OP, who can test this on multiple platforms. Carlos, what do you find?

Thank you very much.
