Hello,

I'm trying to build perl-5.22.0 and was stopped because of the following
error
Which I don't know to get around.

It tells me it can't find 'touch' which is clearly in the /bin directory.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.

Thank you,
Robert Bachman

This is failing before perl is built.

Information about the operating system and environment might be
useful.

Which Linux distribution? eg. Fedora/Ubuntu/RedHat etc, and which release of that distribution?

Knowing that might allow me to reproduce the issue myself which would make analyzing it simpler.

The strange part is the search for touch is done by the same code that searches for the other "common programs".
